Unfortunate. Is what I wanted to call it. A man is recording law enforcement, gets between law enforcement and another person. Law enforcement finds the weapon and starts an arrest. Man resists, is disarmed, and shot rings out and he gets shot multiple times. This is the unfortunate reality of the situation.

There are a few different things that could have happened and I’m sure you probably already know, especially considering most of you are gun or self defense nerds along with me, where I am going with it.

There are 3 possible scenarios. All of the start the exact same way: a Leftist agitator working in signal groups with Peggy Flanagan shows up to agitate the absolute hell out of Federal Law Enforcement carrying out Deportations. How he positions himself is deliberate and chosen to provoke an escalation in response that looks good on video. Think of it as a glorified game of “I’m not touching you” but with whistles, horns, screaming, verbal confrontations, all meant to skirt the line of interfering with Law Enforcement. 

Using the video shown on CNN, you see Two (as of writing this unknown) people are having a verbal exchange with ICE officers. Pretti moves into the middle of the street and motions towards oncoming traffic while he records the interaction between the two people and LEO. He backs up as another officer approaches him. The two people in the street start moving towards the curb from the middle of the street, and the LEO that was approaching Pretti moves to and shoves a person out of the street. This prompts Pretti to put himself physically in between the LEO and the person. At this point both Pretti and the shoved individual are sprayed with OC, he is then grabbed,  pulled away and put on the ground as the other officers start to body block and set up a perimeter to perform the arrest. Two officers address the shoved individual and the other person, and Five officers are on Pretti. A firearm was found at Pretti’s waistband: an Sig P320 agx with an optic. One of the officers removes the firearm and backs away from Pretti and the other 4 officers. As the LEO removes Pretti’s firearm from the scene we can see in other videos perspective that it discharges. This is the first gunshot at the scene and 1.5 seconds later 5 more shots are fired into Pretti, with five more a second after that.

From first glance this looks bad. A man is disarmed, and shot in the street. Why he’s there and what he is doing do play a factor in him interacting with law enforcement to begin with, but less so why he got 10 rounds put into him. In fact I care less about the MN State Government Endorsed agitator signal group both he and Renee Goode were part of with regards to this shooting, than how this was escalated into his death. There are 3 possibilities at this point, and only one of them makes the least amount of assumptions. 

1. ICE went out with the intent to murder any civilian that got in their way. Cold Blooded Murder by men with evil in their heart and a thirst for Blood.
2. Pretti’s Firearm, being a P320, did what P320’s are known to do. Non-commanded Discharge. This has been extensively documented and is the reason why LEO, Military and Civilians have discontinued carrying this firearm. Big named professional trainers have determined this firearm is too much of a risk and have bandit from use at their training events. In the competitive shooting space many event coordinators have refused to allow onto the range. Sig SAUER and their Glazers have been unable to replicate the NCD issue in lab, and they continue to blame holsters and the consumer/operator. This did not sit well with consumers as you all know.
3. The officer in control of Pretti’s firearm, wearing winter gloves, ears full of Noise, blood full of adrenaline and holding the firearm in his hand fingered the trigger. Notice how I don’t use the word accidentally. Anytime you are dealing with a firearm. It is assumed to be loaded and chambered, and your finger is to remain outside of the trigger guard at all times. It requires a conscious effort to place your finger into the trigger guard if you have any amount of firearms training but some times people rest their finger on the trigger guard instead of high onto the slide of the firearm.

To believe scenario 1, you have to assume that these are not just guys with a job in law enforcement but rather some kind of Super Villain. While I agree that training standards should be higher, given the pressing need for boots on the ground to capture, arrest, and deport Illegal aliens without support from Local City, and State Law Enforcement, it is more likely that they take on lower quality of candidates to bolster ranks. It would be unreasonable to believe that they are hiring people who want to gun down anyone that gets in their way of this very personal dedicated mission to “deport all the foreigners.” While this is certainly a take, it requires a very specific and dogmatic belief system. 

Scenario 2 requires the very real possibility that the firearm discharges without command. We’ve seen videos of the experiments, we’ve seen the firearm go off at training events. The p320 is not a trustworthy firearm at this point, and all people should have discontinued use or ownership of this firearm a while ago. I went so far as offloading my own that didn’t have an incident, and I even offloaded my p365 (which was my absolute favorite carry gun for years) after it had its own NCD when I canted it to the right around 90°. Unless it’s hammer driven, I will never own an Sig handgun again in my life. This I believe is the preferred outcome, no one is at fault, law-enforcement acted appropriately under the assumption that it was a deadly force threat. It sucks that he paid for his shitty gun with his life, but it’s not like the consumer hasn’t been warned about it.

Finally scenario three, the one I personally believe is the most likely to be true. In which case this is the fault of the officer who disarmed Pretti, his negligence cost the life of another person, and it put his team at risk in the moment and now future operations. This one makes the least amount of assumptions which is where the truth always is. The officer who disarmed Pretti would be responsible for the deadly force response, his fellow officers performed under the belief that their lives were in danger. 

Now, why do I refuse to call this “unfortunate.” Signal gate has proven that High Ranking government officials are waging a war against the federal government. They are using state resources to check and track license plates of ICE operatives as well as civilian journalists like James Okeef, and Cam Higby in order impede, obstruct, and even Assault. Okeef’s people being directly threatened over the weekend. Both Renee Goode, and Andy Pretti were both found to be members of these signal groups. It’s not unfortunate… it’s fucking intentional. No these people didn’t kill themselves for the cause, the reality is that these activists want the Fed to escalate their use of force in order to manipulate hearts and minds of people who aren’t aware. This is why these groups are encouraging people to bring their kids to protests, it plays well when the agitators do their job. 

I am sure I’ll have people in my DMs or comments section who will say it’s Reaching, or a conspiracy theory, or I don’t know what I’m talking about. Man, do I hope they are right. Because we are careening for the Crisis point. One that has been exacerbated by open borders, sanctuary policies giving illegal aliens access to the welfare state, fraud not being investigated or appropriately addressed with by the Minnesota AG, Governor, and Lieutenant Governor because they are receiving kickbacks from the beneficiaries of the welfare, COVID Relief, and HHS frauds in donations of millions of dollars. Pair this with a population of riot tourists and professional agitators hosting trainings put on by the State Government, and a Media Apparatus that has been nonstop with their false Nazi hysterics. You better hope that you are right, because if I am right, you have been ideologically manipulated and subverted into supporting the cultural suicide of your Nation through the mass importation of third world social service dependents.

I love my immigrant friends. They are a big part of my life through my Jiu Jitsu, private, and professional relationships and lives. It bothers me to see them scared of being snatched up by ICE even though they are here legally with the documents to prove it. It bothers me that friends with mixed race children feel they need to have conversations about good cops and bad cops. It bothers me that my friends who are actively in the process of becoming Naturalized American Citizens are worried about being deported. I know that’s cold comfort to these people I love, and does nothing to assuage these very real fears. I am not, however, willing to entertain making the process of immigration and naturalization easier, or handing legitimacy to line cutters who want to milk a Sanctuary States welfare system while they spend 3-6 months a year back in their countries of origin. 

So what do you do to fix this? It’s easy: let ice do their job, work with ICE to keep raids to a surgical minimum. It would even be seen as a Win for Minnesota Democrats. Will that happen? No. The alternative is Trump uses the Insurrection Act and goes heavy handed on the state of Minnesota, and I don’t think he has that fight anymore. He is looking more tired, still more spry than Biden or any of the Democrat Old Heads, but more tired than ive seen him since his first term. One this is for certain, we’re entering the Crisis stage that Yuri Bezmenov warned us about in the 80s. God help us all…
